What is Middle Tennessee Listing Service?

Middle Tennessee Listing Service has some big plans to bring buyers and sellers of property together. We’re going to attempt to do that with a three pronged approach. As you read this, the first phase is underway. Phase 1 is a For Sale By Owner site managed and operated by the property owner. There is no fee to use this site. There is not a fee to advertise property, there is no fee to browse and search properties. We will protect the integrity of the listings by requiring the property owner to register. The registration is free, and allows us a way to verify accurate listings. These For Sale By Owner listings are accurate and up to date. That’s our promise.

For Sale By Owner listings are shielded. We don’t want property owners to be suddenly bombarded by spam or telemarketers. To that end our filtering system is in effect. This will require potential buyers to register, at no cost, to either email or phone. All registrants are provided with a private messaging system, closed to spam robots. Emails are not shared, revealed, sold, or displayed. Property Owners can disclose their phone numbers and engage in direct telephone communications with registered buyers.
