Your custom Website will be available to every Middle Tennessee Realtor over the MLS (over 8,700 agents). Your custom Website will also be available as a link on www.mid-tn.com, and of course you will be able to email a link to any interested party you encounter. Middle Tennessee Listing Service will provide a custom rider, which will be applied to our Attractive Yard sign, advertising your custom Website.

But that’s not all! With our Premier Service your property will be tagged with a Middle Tennessee Listing Service custom 800 number. This number will be answered 24 hours a day, and will allow the caller to receive pre-recorded information on your property, receive a faxed brochure of your property anytime, anyplace, or be connected to a live agent immediately. It’s their choice, but information on your property will be in caller’ hands the minute they’re interested, 24/7. This number will be on your Website, on your yard sign, and in the MLS.

With the Middle Tennessee Listing Service Premier Service option you not only get everything available in our Flat Fee service, you not only get everything available in our Service Level II package, you get this special enhanced marketing option for just a one-time fee of $295, plus one percent (1.0%) listing commission, payable at closing.

All this, and you still retain the right to sell your home on your own. When you procure the buyer, you owe no real estate commissions!
