You will never owe a listing commission, and your home’s exposure is dramatically increased as you now have a sales force of 8,710 Realtors working on your behalf. You will agree to pay the buyer’s Realtor, yet you can continue to market your home on your own. When you procure the buyer, you owe no real estate commissions.

Think about this – your MLS listing will be available to buyers independently. Most buyers scour the Internet prior to purchasing a home, including MLS listings. Your property will be available across the internet at sites like Realtor.com, Homestore.com, AOL.com, Yahoo.com, WallStreetJournal.com, HomeTube.com, MSN.com, iWon.com, Excite.com, Netscape.com, and many more!! You will be listed as the contact. If an unrepresented buyer contacts you, and you make the deal, you owe no real estate commission at all!

While Middle Tennessee Listing Service will not market your property other than placing it in the MLS, we will be available for consultation, we will provide you with the necessary contracts, documents and forms to insure a successful closing. You will not be on your own, left to sink or swim. You will receive an attractive yard sign with your contact info, you will be able to publish up to 10 photos of your property, and you will always have an experienced agent to guide you to a successful closing.
