Getting your home listed in the MLS is just a start. You really want your home taken out of the MLS, and marked ‘sold’. To do that, potential buyers will want to be able to see your home, some on a very short notice. That’s where we can help. With Service Level II, Middle Tennessee Listing Service will handle all appointments and showings. This will free you up from having to answer a lot of phone calls, and having to be at your property to show it at a moment’s notice. We will pre-qualify all buyers, making sure they have the ability to purchase your home. Middle Tennessee Listing Service will present all offers, and negotiate on your behalf. We will make certain that all the paperwork, contracts, required disclosures, and any contingencies are handled appropriately. Middle Tennessee Listing Service will place an MLS lockbox on your property, and we will provide and stock a brochure holder with full color custom flyers describing your home in detail to interested buyers.

Our Service Level II can maximize the selling price of your home by having experienced negotiators working on your behalf, as well as letting you make the most of your time. And our full color flyers are an excellent selling tool. Service Level II is an upgrade from our Flat Fee service. All this for only a one-time fee of $395, which gets you everything the Flat Fee service offers, plus one half of one percent (.5%) listing commission, payable at closing.

All this, and you still retain the right to sell your home on your own. When you procure the buyer, you owe no real estate commissions!
