Mike Botts' presents the South African BreadHeads

Hi Fran:

Well, we just got back and it was more than we could have ever imagined. The Breadheads were great! I sent along some of the E-mail I received from some of our So. African fans. I thought it would be a kick for other Breadheads to read. Please feel free to post it on your website. Thanks and I'll be in touch with you soon.

Hi there -

Seven dedicated fans have just returned from your concert and this is what we all say:

Tina Turner sums you up " Simply The Best" Hope to see you back in S A in the near future. We see that you are back in the U S A on the 31 December but you don't mention where about. Some of us will be there at that time so where about will we be able to see you again?????

Seven fans from South Africa.

Dear David and Bread,

Both my wife Pat and I have listened to and enjoyed your music for close on twenty-five years. We had the pleasure of attending your concert at the Standrd Bank Arena 15-10-1996. It was the best performance that we could have hoped for.

Your music is magic to us.

Yours sincerely,

Pat and Herman Dormehl

Caught your show in Durban. What a great concert!!!!

Keep on rocking Breadzepplin!

Hi,

I'm using my husband's web site and have found your page with great ease. We were at the concert last night in Port Elizabeth. I've never managed to get to a concert of anyone before so I was fairly excited about the event. We travelled down to PE from a small town to the north-west called Grahamstown. The rain almost put us off but we decided this was a once in a life time opportunity so .....

What a fantastic show. Not only were all the oldies there but the new songs were also great. Add to that the extra pleasure of the band sounding as good on stage as on CD and the professionalism of all and it was worth any amount of effort to see. As an intro to live shows it must be right up there and I am really pleased that we managed to see Bread live. As a long term fan it's great to see the group back together and apparently all enjoying themselves.

Thanks for making an effort to get too one of the smaller towns in the country. Should you ever pass this way again we'll be there again! Good luck with the rest of the tour and from two fans in Grahamstown have a great festive season and may '97 bring even more good things to fans and all of you.

Regards

Karen Juul

Hi guys,

Attended your concert in Cape Town last night. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. (Except that it was too short by about 3 hours of course :-) ) Between you and CSN you've made my year.

I appreciate that it is logistically impossible to come back with concerts like this, but oh my, for David and James to come back to do some unplugged stuff. Just them, their guitars, some microphones and an audience. I'd pay the same amount as I did for last night (or more if I have to).

Enjoy the rest of the tour and please come back soon.

Cheers Gert
